Sleeping, part 3

Molly went to bed last night at 8:30 almost immediately, and she slept until 7 this morning!!! She woke up twice, but she put herself back to sleep in under a minute both times so we did not have to go in to comfort her. Bill and I were in bed before 11 so we got a good night's sleep too. Whew! I hope this keeps up. We are going to Santa Barbara this weekend so we'll see how it goes.

Sounds like you've picked up a lot of valuable info this week!!! Now with a little luck and the same tough love, she'll start taking better naps, too!?

It really sounds like you guys are doing great. Good luck in your mini training. Can't wait to see you!

Love ya! Kim

This Richard Ferber sounds like a genius! Does he have any advice for adults to improve their sleep?
I am glad that Molly is getting her rest (and also letting you and Bill get some sleep), so she is ready to party in Santa Barbara!

I'm admittedly jealous but still very happy to hear you're getting sleep. Maddy seems to be waking up more often, and Milo is Mr. Consistent -- asleep at 8:00, awake at 1:30 to eat, awake again at 5:00 to just hang out. We used the Ferber method to get the babies to sleep and it worked great -- looks like we should try it in the middle of the night too!
